Gaining attention for his early pioneering “mashups” as Girls On Top, and producing and writing for the likes of Sugababes “Freak Like Me” (UK No.1), Rachel Stevens “Some Girls” (UK No.2) and Liberty X “Being Nobody” (UK No.3).

Richard X has since written and produced with a whole host of artists from M.I.A and Goldfrapp, to Will Young (Echoes LP UK No.1), New Order and Kylie Minogue.
